Maternity Sister Photography at the High Museum

Its sad how many sessions I haven't blogged. Seriously I have more sessions I haven't shared than the number I've actually posted. But we're going to try to fix that moving forward because I have too many gems in the archives, and this is one of them - not only a sister maternity shoot (and I love those!) but its at the High Museum....and its one of my best and oldest friends.

One of the cutest things about this shoot was not only was Maggie's sister, Jessica, in it...but when we shot Jessica's maternity session, Maggie was in hers. So I have both of these gals loving and supporting each other while pregnant. #sisterhood is just amazing.

Shooting at the High Museum was appropriate for so many reasons for Maggie being that 1) she's an art geek like me and 2) she's the definition of hometown pride for Atlanta. She loves everything about our city, so to shoot at this type of landmark was just perfect. And 3) Maggie went to undergrad for architecture and to shoot her among the beauty that is the High Museum..it was the perfect backdrop.

But these ones guys....these are the $$$$$$$$. I mean, how gorgeous is my friend? Yes, I'm biased, but not only is she flipping glowing in this photo..THIS DOESN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE A PREGNANT WOMAN.

Actually biased may be the wrong word. Jealous. I'm jealous. Because when I was pregnant at this same stage she was at...ain't no way I could fit into heels and a beautiful dress LET ALONE SIT LIKE THAT AND NOT LOOK LIKE I COULDN'T BREATHE.

*sigh. Moving on...

Maggie now has a beautiful little girl who I'll be shooting with this fall. Hopefully she won't be 16 by the time I actually share them with you all.
